Bibbly Bobbly fur durability

Hi!

I have a question for the owners of Bibbly Bobbly sheep. I tend to have a preference for jellycats that have stronger fur durability (my favorite is splootie elephant). For this reason I can't really love the smudges or the huge dragons as much - I find that the 'waxy' texture they get with cuddling really bothers me and even with washing it comes back really fast.

I was interested in buying bibbly but I am not sure how he withstands cuddling and whether he gets the same oily/waxy texture as the Beautifully Scrumptious line. To the owners: is he durable?
