(1) Non-Commercial Home Web Pages are those that only contain personal information about the account holder. Hobbies, sports interest, favorite songs and artist, favorite foods, etc. are all examples of topics that are permitted. No mention of a specific company name, profession, or product is allowed. You must not receive any financial compensation for your efforts. Banner ads are strictly prohibited.

(2) Commercial & Business Web Pages may contain information about companies, professional services, or products for sale.

(3) Additional Web Space beyond the 10 meg limit is $5.95 per 10 meg.

(4) Additional Login Time is now sold in 240 hour blocks. If you exceed the 240 limit, you will be billed $19.95 for an additional 240 hours. You may purchase only two blocks per month. Access time over 480 hours is considered a full time connection and will be billed accordingly.

(5) Net Monthly Fee - Net monthly fee if paid before the 15^th of each month. Add $5.00 if payment is made after the 15^th.

(6) Virtual Host (vhost) - True IP-based virtual hosts which is the most compatible method. There are still some clients in use that do not send the required data for the name-based virtual hosts to work properly. To avoid any of these possible problems, the IP-based method is the best choice.

(7) Virtual Host (vhost) - Name-based virtual hosts do not require a dedicated IP address. There are still some clients in use that do not send the required data for the name-based virtual hosts to work properly. These clients will always be sent the pages from the primary host and instead of the virtual hosts. To avoid any of these possible problems, choose the IP-based method.

(8) Domain Registration - No fees will be charged for domain registration as long as Internet Pathway is the web hosting company. If the domain is moved to another web hosting company, a $70 administration fee will be charged for domain registration and transfer.
