Aircon water damage - Within wall or not?

![img](by3mauxn13de1) ![img](0cn9yuxn13de1) Reached under the bed to grab a pair of fancy shoes a few days ago and noticed very wet carpet and a few soaking wet stray socks & undies (and I'm not \*that\* old ... yet), on further investigation looks like this has been happening for a while as the skirting board has a decent amount of water damage running almost the the full length of the room. Seems the culprit is the aircon above, at some point it looks like the coils have frozen over due to a blocked filter and it has dumped a bunch of water on the floor - the weird part is we didn't notice it happening even though we sleep under it, and there isn't a whole bunch of room for water to get dumped without it getting soaked up by bedding/pillows on the way to the floor. My worry is that the water has been dumped within the wall and the damage is coming through from the other side. Is there any way to confirm (without cutting a hole in the wall/ripping off the skirting board) if this damage came from within the wall or from within the room? How much am I looking at to get the skirting board replaced?

I'm in university. I can't count how many times I've laid down in bed after a long exhausting day just wanting to rest then having my nose assaulted by the putrid smell of cannabis or cigarettes. It makes me livid.

Star Chart vs Quests

So, I've been thinking of getting back into Warframe again. A little upset because when I last played, everything came to a standstill because I couldn't clear any more the star chart than I had. I remember being told (by some of the others that got me into it) not to even worry about any quests or anything. Fast forward a few years and I'm watching Aztecross on YouTube wiping the floor with the star chart, clearing out quests, acquiring new things, all in a matter of weeks. Do I need to complete the quests as well? I don't remember everything I had, but if I remember correctly, I had Rhino being made, but I had a maxed out Excalibur with whatever weapon I had (also maxed out).

I watched an innocent jammer get scammed, and I have screenshots of it all.

Red is Host, who advertised a givaway in their den. Yellow/orange is buddy of the host who pushed for a trust game. Pale yellow is innocent jammers Green is me It started with the host, advertising giveaways and a mini game in their den. they were supposedly giving away their list, which included a firefly friend, a blackout spike, and one other item I can’t remember. The first two were giveaways, host supposedly spinned a wheel. After the second second giveaway, the host asked the person that won the most recent giveaway, whose name is blocked out with Orange color, to pick the last game for the spike. This player spent quite a while explaining that they remembered a game where they won a necklace along time ago, and because they are very competitive they want to play again. Players trade valuable items to the host, pressing all the accept buttons for the host to cancel the trade in the very end. The host count up the items and awards points to the wealthiest players and ends up, giving the blackout to the winner. I raised some questions and was immediately attacked by the player in orange for being mean and villainizing them. After that, I went quiet just to watch. I stayed until the very end when the host suddenly excepted one of the very high value trades and kicked everybody except the buddy from the den. Reading in the rules of the subreddit, I cannot post callout posts without concrete proof. I don’t want this to be taken down, and I don’t know how concrete this proof has to be. But screenshots of this person and their buddy persuading a player to play a trust game, until the player offers very good items and then accepting and kicking everybody from the den seems pretty concrete to me… if allowed, I will post pictures without the usernames blocked out.

Got a surprise charge from osler for $275. Looking to see if there's anyone in the same boat who got refunds or if not, how to go about a class action and broaden awareness.

I've been travelling the past month and didn't see the reddit posts about this. It looks like osler are clearly violating consumer laws here and charging without options to cancel and didn't notify me of the fee ahead of time in order to give me a chance to back out. I am on the training scheme this year and no longer need them. It's pure predatory behaviour. They made me work extra just to log stuff that really only captures a small component of the real amount of professional development I have done. I am bitter about being mandated to pay for a poor service that makes me do their work in the first place, but being forced to pay an exorbitant fee for a service I no longer need without my consent is a serious breach in my opinion. I am absolutely livid. Honestly I'm so angry about this that if I don't get my $275 back I would be happy to pay more than that sum in legal fees to get my refund and get back at them. It's absolutely unacceptable predatory behaviour behaviour. And yet aswell I see here that they are replying talking about auditing people so I'm concerned about getting "randomly selected" just for kicking up a fuss. I can't even find how to cancel the subscription. I can't find the subscription anywhere. I'm definitely going to report this to the ACCC and my bank but I'm wondering has anyone else here had luck getting a refund? If not, is there any interest in forming a class action law suit?

Voice acting in other languages.

Has anyone experimented with changing the language audio from English to another language? I love the game aesthetic but sometimes find the American accents pull me out of the fantasy and the ‘other worldly-ness’. Is it even possible to run subtitles in English with a different spoke language?

Does creatine cause crusty socks?

My teenage son has been taking creatine for about a week now. His mom and I are continously finding crusty socks hidden around his room. I'm sure he's embarrassed about sweating out the creatine, thus enhardening his socks.

Auto repair shop that accepts parts you buy

So I know this is a long shot but I figured someone knows of a repair place that accepts parts you buy. I need a new power steering control module for my car and both shops that i've looked at are charging a thousand dollars for the part. I found the same part at the GM dealer for half the price. Wondering if there's any legitimate(and good) auto repair place that has no problem accepting the parts brought to them from the customer.
