Period brain
This is something I experience every cicle. For about 2-3 days before my period and 2-3 days after it starts, I'm able to notice a serious cognitive drop. I'm preparing myself for a few major exams (not SATs, long story), so I do a little mock exam everyday for practice. And I've noticed my test scores drop dramatically every month during this period. Like a solid 20%-30% drop on my average scores. So I KNOW this isn't all in my head, it's real. I've talked to a couple of OBGYNs about this and neither took it serioulsy. But I live in fear that one of those major exams I'm preparing myself for will be scheduled for that period and cause me a major set back. So I was wondering, has anyone dealt with this and found something that ACTUALLY helps?Is the age gap okay? 18F and 25M
I met friends online and have been with the group for about 5 months now. One of the guys in the group, 25M has gained an interest in me 18F. He's a great guy, he's not weird in any way, very respectful and open to my concerns, there's no red flags. But the age gap makes me wonder sometimes if it's something I should not pursue. He doesn't make me question it, only the age gap does. That's why I'm having such a hard time knowing what to do. I've been very okay with it and it's gotten pretty far, we aren't a confirmed couple but we flirt back and forth. My family and I are planning a trip to see him in person sometime this summer, and he wants to take me on a date. (I've met him in person before with some of the other online friends.) I've talked to my mother about him, she's gotten to meet him in person and thinks he's a great guy. She's not against the idea of us together, she's only worried he'd make moves on me in that way. I brought it up with him and he assured me he doesn't want anything I don't want, and that he wouldn't rush me or force me do to anything. This is really tough for me because he's such a wonderful guy, like I said, no red flags that I can see, I just need some advice. Do I continue with it or do I stop it now? Please ask questions if you need more information! I just didn’t want this to be crazy long.Are we set on XF series 2 overall trade in?
